Oh, Mister Ferrell OCT. 11 2005

i could write about this forever, but for the sake of time, i'll keep it as brief as i can. ok, i went to charlotte today as an extra for the new Will Ferrell movie, High, Wide, and Handsome. OH MY GOODNESS. I definitely chatted with John C. Reilly who is so so nice. He plays Will's best friend and sidekick in the NASCAR comedy. and....are you ready for this.....I MET WILL I MET WILL I MET WILL I MET WILL. ok, let me catch my breath. yes, it's true, i talked with will (plays Ricky Bobby) and he even shook my hand. it was cold so he tried to warm me up. i almost passed out because his wide-eyed grinning jokester face was right there!!!!!!! i love that man. i nearly disrupted the scenes with laughter, too. i won't give it all away, but let's just say i heard him say he was gonna get a snoopy tatoo, or better yet all the peanuts characters on the small of his back. can't you just see him saying that in his dead serious voice? ha! i also got to watch him out-of-control make-out hilariously with his love interest in the movie, Amy Adams (catch me if you can, etc.). there's a chance i'll get called to go back. i hope it happens. and if you're wondering, this awesome movie comes out next august. bedtime for mellsbells...i had to wake up at 3am...sweet. nite nite all.
