smorgasbord o fun

So I just got tickets to go see High School Musical at Workshop Theater & I'm super excited! I'm nervous I'll end up singing louder than the cast from my seat in the audience. Dude, I wish I had known about auditions for that- I would have loved to be in the "chorus" or something. Oh well, next time. I hope it's good!

Meanwhile I just saw Get Smart & really enjoyed it. I think it got sucky reviews, but whatev, Steve Carell is my boo. I'm dying to see Wall E, too. And The Dark Knight. And a billion other things.

I've also been loving these 2 shows on TV. One is called "Snapped" about people that others see as 'normal' who completely snap one day & go crazy & murder. No wonder I have trust issues. The other show is called Locked Up: Raw. I watched one called Criminal Minds the other night & was fascinated by these jokers doing life in prison for the wackest stuff. They had like swastica (how do you spell that word?) tattoos all over there faces & eyelids & stuff. Some dude killed his dad & ate his brains. Are you friggin kidding me? My diagnosis is demon possession as well as mental/psychological disorders. I love watching crazy stuff like that though. Must be the psychology major kicking in. What's it good for? Watching crazy shows on TV. Awesome. College education rules.

The greatest part of my week has been my best guy friend's wedding!!! It was seriously amazing. I got to be a groomsgirl (even though my name was under groomsMEN in the program...cry). ha. I was like "I promise I don't have an adam's apple or anything else!" Thankfully people believed me & I didn't have to prove it. That could have gotten awful sketchy. Suzanna, another one of my incredible friends, was a beautiful bride & the wedding itself was just great. The reception rocked as I knew it would, too. I think one of my favorite parts of the whole day was the hour before the wedding actually began, all the groomsMEN (that didn't include me) went out to seat everyone coming in. Meanwhile, I got to stay in the back & hang out/trip out with Jonathan (the groom) before it was time to start. He was kinda nervous so we laughed about stupid crap & did photo shoot mania with anything random we could find....this included a wheelchair. Amazing. I've never laughed so hard. That's the first wedding I've been in that I haven't been uber nervous before walking out. I was still giggling when I rocked it out the side door. So much fun & I'm so excited for my friends!!

Last thing I'll talk about for now involves more gore. This is like the goriest blog ever- talkin bout eating brains & what next? Well, I rarely watch the news, but I happened to catch some the other nite & literally freaked out in my apartment at this story: some kid scaled 2 six foot fences and walked right past all these danger signs at six flags over georgia either as a "short cut" back to the park after lunch or to "get his hat that fell off" (who knows) only to be DECAPITATED by the batman ride. are. you. kidding. me.? one: what if you were the friend with him that had to see it? what would you do? scream, throw up, run for you life? me, too. two: what if you were on the ride at that time & the blood/head/brains/whatever got all over you. EWWWWWWWWWWWW. sickest thoughts ever. i actually ended up having a dream last nite that i almost got hit by a rollercoaster. freakin gross.

ok, that's enough gore for now. laterssss.
