remember-

heartbreak sucks. disappointments suck. not getting our way all the time sucks. BUT the only reason we're on this earth is for HIS glory. we're here for a snap of the fingers in light of eternity. do His work, what you were put here to do & stop obsessing over what you don't have. give yourself away. love. show Jesus to all. grow where you're planted, where He's put you. it's what you were made to do.

cue cheesy, but true line: "Only one life that soon shall pass, only things done for Christ will last."

we've got to get out of this selfish "life is all about me" mindset. God is good enough to shower blessings on us along the way, but we HAVE to remember why we're on this earth.
